Bonus credit is separate from your real money PKR balance. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements attached to that specific promotion before they can be converted into withdrawable real money balance. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game types and time limits vary by promotion and are detailed in the individual offer terms.
The following general rules apply to all pk32 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
pk32 may adjust or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Promotions page. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.

Any attempt to exploit game software, use automated tools, reverse-engineer game logic or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these activities will be suspended and winnings associated with exploitative play may be voided.
Sports betting on pk32 covers cricket including PSL and T20 international matches, football, esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk32:
pk32's decision on any disputed sports bet — including any query about settlement, void bets or technical issues during live betting — is final following internal review.
The following are strictly prohibited on pk32. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended. Associated winnings or balances may be voided pending investigation.
pk32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where any prohibited conduct has taken place.
If your account is suspended, pk32 will attempt to contact you through your registered details to explain the reason and outline the process for resolution where resolution is possible. Some breaches — particularly those involving fraud, identity misrepresentation or exploitation — may result in permanent account closure without the ability to reopen.
You may close your pk32 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any real money PKR balance that is legitimately yours will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Bonus balance is not withdrawable at the point of account closure.
pk32 also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, after reasonable notice to the registered contact details.
pk32 is an entertainment platform and should be used as such. Gaming is most enjoy able when it is a planned leisure activity with a fixed PKR budget set in advance — not a source of income or a way to recover money already spent.

pk32 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the pk32 platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how the platform operates — pk32 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform messaging or other available communication channels. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
